Illustrator BreakDown

Greetings everyone its been awhile since my last entry and let me say that i am absolutely PISSED, my Favourite art program adobe illustrator CS4 has stopped working and an annoying message appears on the screen

This product has encounter a problem which require you restart your computer before it can be launched.
If you continue to see this message after restarting your computer, please contact your IT Administrator or adobe technical support for help and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.

Yes that one i was in the middle of drawing a group image of all my chars together i actually enjoyed the process and how it came out, i saved it and had to shutdown my computer because i was going out. I came home ready to export the image and this bloody message appears Ive tried almost every relevant goggle search and the adobe help section was useless. Until i find out how to solve this problem i wont be posting anymore art.

If you've had this problem i wouldn't refuse any help please comment so that i can get back to my art.
